Marie Janasa is Director of The International Group at Terrie O’Connor Realtors. In an effort to expand the outstanding services the company is known for, building our international business is a priority. Terrie O’Connor Realtors is currently a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International. A Bergen County resident for over 43 years, Marie Janasa began her real estate career in 1985 and has been a broker since 1990. A previous resident of Upper Saddle River, Marie has co-chaired the International Group of Saddle River Valley Newcomers Club for 35 years. Marie also founded and chaired the International Group at RealSource Association of Realtors. A consistent top producer, Marie has attained membership in NJ Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Club (10 year award recipient). Keen on continuing education, Marie holds the industry designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), GRI (Graduate Realtor’s Institute) as well as ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). Marie qualified for the designation of CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) with advanced studies in International Real Estate Law, Investment and various cultures. Her deep interest in design and architecture has also led Marie to obtain a certificate in the Decorative Arts, from the New York School of Interior Design. Most recently, Marie has been selected by NuCompass Mobility Services Incorporated, a relocation service company. "This new affiliation will further enhance our services to clients and customers". An alumnus of Windsor Business College, Windsor, England, Marie has worked with different organizations in Public Relations. Marie has traveled extensively and lived in different parts of the world. Ms. Janasa uses this experience in helping numerous transferees moving in and out of the country and around the world.
